Maritim now also in the Mecklenburg Lake District

On 1st August 2013, Maritim signed a management contract for the Hotel Hafendorf Rheinsberg, which will henceforth be operating under the name Maritim Hafenhotel Rheinsberg.

At the start of August, the Maritim Hotels portfolio welcomed the addition of its 38th hotel in Germany – the Maritim Hafenhotel Rheinsberg.

Idyllically located right on the harbour at the southern tip of the Mecklenburg Lake District, the hotel in the heart of the popular tourist resort of Hafendorf Rheinsberg boasts its own private beach. It offers a total of 176 rooms, including 36 Junior Suites and 24 Island Suites, complete with a private boat-landing stage.

Guests can look forward to a wide range of culinary delights: the “Luv & Lee” restaurant promises genuine delicacies and commands a glorious view of the harbour, while al fresco dining on the Promenade Deck is a treat when the weather is fine. The “SeaPort Bar & Restaurant” specialises in regional and Mediterranean delicacies, while guests on the beach can regale themselves in the “Bistro am Kai” at the harbour entrance. At the 53°/12° night club, you can enjoy celebrating and dancing the weekend away in style.

Besides its complete range of water sports, the Maritim Hafenhotel Rheinsberg also boasts an exquisite and extensive Wellness Lounge with a wide array of soothing massages and beauty treatments. And guests can relax more deeply still in the sauna area and large swimming pool. For our more active guests, there is also a fitness club, where state-of-the-art equipment promises a vigorous work-out. Meanwhile, there is also plenty for children to look forward to with a fully equipped playroom that is open all year round.

The new Maritim Hafenhotel Rheinsberg would hardly be a worthy member of the group without its excellent conference facilities. There are no fewer than 10 conference and seminar rooms of various sizes: the largest room alone measures 1,094 square metres and can accommodate up to 911 people.
